Q. I know you own a specific property. Why can't I find it on your website?
A. We suggest that you:
- Verify the current property title information from your source. If the property is not titled to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. or an affiliate (Chase), it is not owned by us and will not be available to be viewed through this site.
- Visit this website again at a later date. Properties owned by Chase (titled to "JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A."), are not available to be viewed through this site until they are listed with an agent.
- Please note that properties may be held in the name of predecessor companies or affiliates. If titles show up as Bank One, Chase Manhattan Mortgage or JPMorgan Chase, the property is still owned by Chase.
Q. Do you sell direct to the public?
A. We use our local listing real estate professional to coordinate the presentation of offers from potential buyers to Chase.
Q. Does Chase offer financing on these Chase-owned properties?
A. Yes, Chase does offer special financing for many properties listed here.

Q. The city says "Chase owns this property" but it is not on the list. How do I get information about this property?
A. Confirm that the title is held in the name of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. If the title is held any other way, (e.g., Bank One as Trustee) then the property will not be available through one of our approved agents. The property may be occupied, in redemption or deemed unmarketable at this time. Please contact the Real Estate agent in the listing directly for more details concerning the property. Keep in mind that it sometimes takes 10 days or more to get on the "list" after ownership of the property has been transferred to Chase.
Q. Can I get a foreclosure list?
A. Chase does not provide lists of properties in the foreclosure process because of privacy issues. You can get a list of available Chase-owned properties by completing a search for properties in the state in which you are interested.
Q. I already have a realtor. Can I present an offer through my realtor to Chase?
A. You can ask your real estate professional to write your offer; your realtor will then present the offer to the listing agent who will present the offer to Chase. The sale of our properties follows standard real estate procedures applicable to the state in which the property is located.
Q. Can you tell me about the property located at a specific address?
A. If a property at a specific address does not appear, it means that this property is not currently showing as a property owned by Chase. Please confirm that the title of the property is in the name of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (Note that if the foreclosure sale of the property was recently held, the property address may soon show up in the list of soon to be available properties. Make sure to check back.)
Q. Can you tell me details about a specific property such as list price, number of bedrooms and similar features?
A. Please contact the Real Estate agent in the listing directly for more details concerning the property.
